Quickcommis expanding its wireless help desk and is looking for persons experienced in call center
and/or wireless retail or technical experience.Candidates must be open to working day, evening or night shift.
The position involves performing wireless device ordering, deploying, troubleshooting and support services in a corporate help desk environment.The focus of this position is to ensure our clients are receiving consistent service levels and support.
Candidates must have at least 1 to 2 years experience working in a call center environment.Experience with wireless devices, particularly an understanding of services, plans, equipment and technology is helpful.Proficiency in Excel is helpful. High school Diploma required, some college coursework preferred.
Candidates must demonstrate their ability to deliver excellent customer service and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.The ability to multi-task and exhibit excellent follow up skills are a must.The position is based out of our Sandy Hook, CT location, however, candidates are expected to be flexible in helping to perform on site support from time to time at our Southern connecticut
